Clothing
What to wear for your first class
Wear sportswear that allows you to move freely and feel comfortable. The most important thing is that you feel free and confident during class. Socks with grip are required for safety and stability on the reformer.
Supplies
What do you bring with you?
You don’t need much for your Reformer Pilates class. Just bring a towel and a bottle of water so you can work out comfortably. The reformers, equipment, and other supplies are all provided in the studio, so you don’t need to bring anything extra.

How do you start your first lesson?
Your first class is designed to familiarize you with the movements, equipment, and training methods at Pilates Lab. Listen to your body, take your time, and find what works for you.
